Norwegian Public Roads Administration requirements

Norwegian Public Roads Administration regulation 062 contains the following requirements for gantries:

5.2.4.5 Special safety requirements for portals

"For half portals and full portals, in addition to the requirements in Chapter 5.2.2. it is required that no part of the port arm/crossbar or any mounted signs be at a height lower than 4m above the carriageway 15 minutes after the impact."
