Structures

The Product philosophy and target is to cover most demands alongside and over the road for safe support structures, but standardize as much as possible in few modular types to reduce the cost and ease the logistic challenges.

An overall target is to be true to the unique energy absorbing Lattix® lattice structure and aluminium. Thereby the weight (and cost) will always be low, but the safety and strength high.

To cover all structure demands for Intelligent Traffic Management, the product range spans from the single mast range, via cantilevered gantries to traditional gantries to traditional gantries and even large high capacity A-frame gantries optimized for strength.

The standard types are :

• Lattix® mini 4412

• Lattix® Single Mast (LSM)
  There are 5 Lattix® single masts, 3320, 3325, 4420, 4425 and 4438

• Cantilevered Mast (CLM)
  This is a common type where sign and signals need to be displayed above the lane.

• T Cantilevered Mast (TCM)
  This is an option where signs or signals need to be displayed over two lanes, allowing a mast in between.

• Staged Vertically Mast (SVM)
  This type is for high masts where the load is limited.

• Tunnel Roof Transom (TRT)
  This is mainly used for fixing of signals and signs in tunnel roofs.

• Standard Single Gantry (SSG)
  Standard single span gantries can be made by all the square Lattix® masts; 4420,4425 or 4438. There are connectors that allow easy connection in 90 deg or 180 deg.

• Standard Twin Gantry (STG)
  Standard twin span gantries can be made as above.

• A-frame Single Gantry (ASG)
  These gantries are used when loads and spans require larger constructions.

• A-frame Twin Gantry (ATG)
  When a central supports are added, span can be increased, and the passive safety properties can be achieved.
